John Bull Clear Glass Eye Wash, Patent Aug 14, 1917, Made In The USA.

Early 20th century unique little hand-tooled clear glass human eye bath or wash cup with "john bull" trademark. the vintage medical dated eye cup was patented by Leo Nussbaum of Marion, Indiana. the c. 1917-20 freestanding eye cup contains a circular flat base with tapered and faceted pedestal. embossed trademark on the bottom. the interior chamber would contain a medical solution used in the treatment of a variety of eye conditions. the "spill-proof" cup remains in excellent condition.
